Boracay Water World is facing the Bulabog beach which is one of the best kiteboarding and windsurfing spots in Asia. It is located in Sitio Tulubhan, Manoc Manoc and facing the northeast horizon. The property has a lot area of 3,020 m2 with a total of 10 buildings, a guard house, 2 generators and a parking area. The highlight of this property is its spectacular ocean view, best spot to view the sunrise and moonrise. This place is also situated beside the famous Monaco suites de Boracay.
